We are delighted to announce the latest updates to the Gigantik platform, featuring an array of exciting features and improvements in releases 2.5 and 2.6. Let's dive into the specifics and explore the updates to the platform and marketplace.

Platform Updates

Airdrop Specific Tokens or Packs

Airdropping specific tokens and packs by their unique IDs was a high-demand feature request. Well, the wait is finally over. Airdrops just got way more targeted! You can now add a token ID or pack ID to your CSV list when airdropping to your community. This gives you more control if you want to do things like send specific edition numbers to collectors as a reward, or give out special packs to a select group of engaged fans. With Gigantik, you have more control to precisely distribute your collectibles how you want to, which unlocks so many new and fun opportunities for your collectors to enjoy.

Customer Login Experience

Whoever said the web2 login experience was easy? Between 2FA, passwords, biometric scans, SMS, CAPTCHA codes and more, things have gotten to be a little tricky in the digital age. So, on top of having the most frictionless onboarding experience in the industry, we introduced Bring Your Own Auth (BYOA) for our partners. This will allow you to configure your own user authentication for a seamless customer experience from your website to your Gigantik marketplace, or enable logins using the trusted authenticators from Google and Apple for a quick and easy onboarding. So next time you feel like asking our sales team, “but can my mom collect an NFT?”, the answer is yes! We even made a video for you to check out below: 

Badge Filtering Improvements

People love badges. We don’t know why, but they just do. Gigantik has allowed partners to add badges to their digital collectibles to denote things like “mythical, legendary, and one-of-a-kind" for some time now. People love badges so much that it was getting a little hard to manage them on the platform. So now, finding and filtering badges has become simplified and streamlined. We've introduced the ability to search by badge name, and we also made the badge scrolling experience smoother. This enhancement is particularly useful for filtering and adding NFTs to utility items. So when you want to give a reward or exclusive experience for customers with mythical tokens next time, you will be pleasantly surprised at just how easy it is. 

Custom Login Email

We know that personalized communication is key for our brand partners, so now you can further customize the content and subject line of the login email that’s sent to your customers from the Gigantik platform. Keep your open rates high and your emails engaging by letting your brand voice come through.

Export Orders by Custom Date Range

Enjoy the flexibility of searching and exporting orders using a custom date range in addition to 7-day, 30-day, last-year and all-time orders. This makes order management more efficient and tailored to your needs. Your accounting team will be happy. 

Custom Apple Wallet Pass Image

Now, you can add a touch of uniqueness to the Gigantik passes in your customers’ Apple Wallets by specifying a custom background image to showcase your branding and imagery. Make your passes stand out and leave a lasting impression on your audience.

API Enhancements

Even though we believe our platform is the most powerful no-code web3 customer engagement tool on the market, we continue to push integration and connectivity for partners that want to develop custom experiences by tapping into our useful API’s.  

  • Retrieve Wallet Spend by Wallet Address
    Developers and data enthusiasts, this one's for you! The Gigantik API now includes a new route, GET /api/wallet_analytics/:id, which allows you to retrieve primary and secondary market spend data for a specific wallet address. Utilize this data to gain valuable insights into wallet activities and trends.

  • Retrieve Wallet Address by Email Address
    Searching for a user's wallet address has been made more accessible. The new route, GET /api/marketplace_users, returns the wallet address (if any) for a user when searching by email address.

Marketplace Updates

New Customer Views

The Gigantik marketplace has undergone a visual overhaul with your customers in mind. We have updated the “My Account” area with a new user-friendly layout to help customers easily manage their Collection, Challenges, Profile, Rewards and Notifications. This organized view streamlines interactions and makes navigation seamless for customers, while a new search bar on the collection page allows them to search for specific listings or packs within their collection.

Transfer NFTs by Email (Gigantik Wallet Only)

Sharing the NFT love just got more convenient! Customers using the Gigantik Wallet can now transfer NFTs from their collection to friends and fellow collectors, provided the recipient's email matches an existing Gigantik wallet/user account.
